President's Report for 2006-2007
Here we are again, sitting in second spot leading into the finals. Tough ask for us to win the premiership with the finals at Marmion who field a well seasoned team. Innaloo drawing on youth and some experience, Osborne Park sitting in the background with Paul's boys, Hollywood, waiting to seize the opportunity. Interesting finals ahead.
Welcome to our new members, Jarrod, Kev, Richard and Gary, well done.
During the season we ran an even called "Jack Halligan Show". Jack, previous world eight ball champion, put on an exhibition of games against guests, playing trick shots and explaining the game of pool. An excellent night, thanks to the Committee for all their help, not only during this event, but for the whole year.
World rules next year should suit our club very well.
Good Luck for the coming year and remember the games not over until the black ball is down.
